This wine is produced in the area of Mantzavinata of Kefalonia where the vineyard of the Voltera family cultivates the local varieties of Moschatela and Vostilidi. The cultivation of the vineyards is conventional, the soil is silvery lime with rich vegetation and night humidity . The harvest takes place at the end of August. The ratio is 70% Moschatella and 30% Vostilidi. Moschatella gives the aromatic and elegant character while Vostilidi gives acidity and structure to Mantzavino.
